Dear Bogus 
I will be the bad guy this time.
The orange/yellowish shape in the background is facing one way, while
the auto the other. I find this very distracting.
The text at the top (Victorville, Ca. 2007) is a wee bit close to the
the roof. It might better be served if it were higher up. The background is
rather busy for my taste. I like the open window, however.
Not sure about the angry looking mask. It may be as designed! The headlight, bumper reflections are less than adequate IMO.
I will let someone else critique the auto, if needed.
I hate to be the bad guy. It's a dirt job, but somebody has to do it

I'm a bit with Mr. Bill on this one...
The picture has a strange feel to it...looks like the front passenger
side tends to fold down...I woulda probably tried to tip it a 2 or 3 degrees clockwise...
Any way...
What I really like about it is the cartoon look.
The big black stroke around the car...
Makes it a bit...funny.
I like it!

The text "All Studebaker Show" is strong and stands out nicely.
At the top again, the "Studebaker" Text's color blends in with
the background making difficult to read. The font used to create
Victorville, Ca. 2007 and all things Tiki is not one I would use
on a shirt "too complicated" to read quickly.
If this were anybody else, I wouldn't have the nerve to say much
Seen a lot of your work. This does not represent the real you.
You are truly a expert and I suspect you want more out of this
design than credit.

Yea not looking for a free ride.
Just trying to do something retro and different.
Tiki's are real big here in So. Cal. (they even have a magazine dedicated to all things tiki).
Did the car for a builder and he wanted me to work up paint schemes, however, the colors he choose I don't like together so I had to do something to kill the taste. The funny thing is he is color blind and chooses colors by gray tones.
As this has proven to be a disappointment to this forum I will refrain from playing in the future.
Thanks for the insight.

No, I don't see it as a disappointment at all
It's a fun thing to see if one can constructively criticize another
artist's work without destroying what his work represents.
Don't ever stop! How will I ever learn. The difficult part is we have
a tendency to think a great artist is never wrong.
