way better. the border doest take away from the main element. This could be even better if you made the border more like a true neon sign. Bring it tighter around the girl and [ossibly6 break by the feet.
Love the neon. I did a vector neon tutorial @ unleash. love it

Yes, I did play with several versions. One very similar to your suggestion.
I have seven different Neon effects scripted in Corel PHOTO-PAINT X.3
I will probably try something else using my Neon effects. I've not been to
terribly energetic lately, but must kickstart myself again

Fluid my artistic friend,
I just realized why I am having some problems. I am trying to
create at 600 pixels either way. I don't know my audience here.
The majority of Browsers out there "resize Photos by default"
and use a "Smart Image Dithering". Most will not know about
the Automatic Resizing and leave it at the default setting.
Makes life even more challenging
Criticize my work as you see fit. I love to hear what other folks
have to say. I am never 10 feet tall, unless my wife says so.
